Will got in touch yesterday to let us know it was another fun weekend at the Toronto Jam as always, it’s always such a fun, laid back weekend, just hanging out with friends and riding bikes, what it’s all about. Unfortunately Will went for it right off the jump and crashed hard on a Barspin into a quarter so that slowed him up a bit for his run. If there’s one thing we know about Will, he ain’t scared.

If you’re at the Toronto Jam this weekend says what’s up to Will Fisher, he’ll be riding on the new parts kit we sent him including some Profile Hubs Built up to Gold 1664 Rims. They’ll be sure to hold up to whatever Gap Will decides to go for this year….. Keep an eye our for Smiley too, he may be off his bike with a bad ankle but he’ll likely be checking things out.

As a bit of a Warm up for this weekends Toronto BMX Jam Will took down 1st place in the open category at Round 1 of the Want BMX Series at Inflow Skatepark shout out to our friends over at CORE BMX for helping out at this contest too. Keep an eye out for Will riding and Smiley possibly hobbling around at the Toronto BMX Jam this weekend!

Was catching up with Mike the other day and he sent over a pic of his ankle that he "folded like a book" while he was at shell park the other day. Damn. Get well soon Smiley!!

Isaac just got back from Cali and was putting in work! This edit from S&M has some seriously awesome riding from everyone and Isaac is clippin hard as always!

Will and Andrew Bigelow entered the Odd Couple contest last weekend and had an awesome time, here’s the final product and a shot of the “Man Up” award that Will won for that huge barspin at the end. Yeah Will!!

The trip has been amazing so far, unfortunately it’s coming to an end soon. We have been chillin at Dylan and Christan's place most of the time. Hoder is here too so we have all just been riding everyday filming and chillin with Larry Alvarado. Big ups to Larry for filming and bring us to all these crazy spots. When we haven't been out with everyone we have been chillin at the SandM/Fit headquarters kickin it with Moeller and the rest of the crew. Moeller had everyone over for a bbq last night too which was a good time for sure.



We have been crashin at Larry's pad this weekend just goin out all day getting clips and taking advantage of this sick weather down here. I have been working on this up coming SandM dvd right now, and trying to get an edit done for the new site droppin soon as well. Taylor has been killin it as always look out for good stuff from him for sure. So far everything has been awesome, and more fun than I could ask for. Everyone we have met are super cool, thanks to everyone for bringing us around riding and showing us good time. BMX is awesome; you can go anywhere and make friends just like that.



I'm sore and beat up, but we got a couple more days left so I'm taking advantage of being down here riding hard and having a good ass time. I'm out for now I'm gunna get some rest and do it up again tomorrow.

We’re starting to think that Will might be living at Joyride 150 for the Winter! This time he was up bright and early for a spot on Breakfast Television, some good riding clips for sure, these morning tv shows are always awesome for covering this stuff, they definitely try their best at being as cool as possible. Matt Desson is getting the new year started off right with a fresh United Kit with 1664 Parts, including a custom mod to our rims that looks pretty sweet, Mike Kirk shot the photo’s. Check it out here!

Will and Mike were invited out to check out a new indoor park called Joyride 150 around the Toronto area, it looks really cool, it's a similar idea to Ray's MTB Park and is supposed to be open around the first of December so if you're in the area check it out! Shooting photos in a new indoor park is tough but Will managed to snap a pic of Mike in the middle of a classic 360 table, there's few guys who can do a table with the same style as Smiley.

Our boy Isaac just made the move to Edmonton and has been putting in work here at the warehouse and on his bike, getting lots of clips before the snow falls. Check out the interview and edit we just dropped right here…..

Desson is finished up filming for the No Bikes video, we don’t need to tell you that his part is out of hand, we’ll keep you in the loop on where you can pick up this video.

Isaac just moved to Edmonton and has been putting in work here at 1664 Headquarters to pay the bills, he’s really stoked to get here and be part of the Edmonton scene and we’re stoked to have him here! He’s also finishing up filming for Jeremy Deme’s new video project and some other stuff that you’ll find out about soon…

Jeff is riding non-stop whether it’s his new DH Rig or his BMX, he’s just stoked on bikes!

Will is back in Saudi for a bit doing some more Box Jump shows and payin’ the bills. He’s also been getting some filming in for Justen Soule’s video project so watch out for that!

Mike is still on the grind, oldest guy on the team (no shots..haha), working 12 hours a day and still riding and being a nice guy non-stop. Yeah Smiley!

Our Throwback Tee tee has been hugely popular, and we sold out of the last run really fast. Don't worry though, we just got a new shipment of them from the printers yesterday. This time we printed them on super soft American Apparel 50/50 tees in black and heather blue with a discharge dye print, so it's super soft and comfortable. Grab one of these from your favorite BMX shop, because they're sure to move fast!

Isaac made a last minute trip to Edmonton from Victoria to come ride with the Fit Team for a week while they’re filming for Stay Fit. We’re stoked to have Edwin Delarosa and Tom White come here to hang out, film and ride with Isaac and our Canadian Fit Riders Luke Santucci and Cory Beal. Keep an eye out for them around Edmonton and Calgary and at the following places:

-Shake the Lake Contest - Sylvan Lake, AB Saturday Aug 15th
-Misson Snow and Skate - Calgary, AB Tuesday Aug 18th 5-7PM -Transition BMX - Edmonton, AB Sunday Aug 23rd, 3-5PM

It’s been too long without an update, but as you can see, our riders are like us, always on the grind, check out what the guys have been up to:

Isaac is killing it as always. Working on a few video projects that are a little further down the road but are going to be well worth the wait.

Desson’s house almost burned along with half of Kelowna but it’s all good, glad to hear he’s safe and probably was still riding while on fire.

Jeff is putting in work and just built up a new ride, keep an eye out for a bike check soon.

Mike is installing the hell out of countertops all day and still getting lots of riding in.

Will is finishing up a month of shows in Oman, is back for a few weeks and then back on the road. Should have some sweet new pics up in the next couple of weeks.

Check out Jeff’s new wheels, Newfoundland isn’t a small place, you need a vehicle to get you and your bike around! Jeff’s been keeping busy going to school and getting some riding in while he can. He sent over a few clips for our Commericals the other day, as always, awesome stuff.

We just received a re-stock of our Beaver Traps and Shaved Beaver Trap Pedals, for this run we brought most of all of the old colors back but added a new Flat Red color that looks awesome!

We were lucky enough to get an interview with Marco Massei, the man behind the Props Videos. He had a lot of great stuff to say about the history of Props, what's in store for the future, and his thoughts on BMX and the BMX Industry. Check it out!

As you can see we’ve finally dropped our all new 64 Brand Site, took a little longer to get it exactly how we wanted it but we’re really stoked on how it turned out and hope you are too!!
Along with the New Site we’ve got lots of other new stuff on the go, first off, we’ve made an addition to the Family, we couldn’t be more stoked to add Issac Barnes to the 1664 Team, keep an eye out for Issac in ’09, its gonna be a good year!
